He dropped us from winning the division to finishing 3rd after the Slater injury.

Thing is we don't know how much Colston helped Mintor install is defense last year. My guess he helped a lot. Just because he wasn't out there doesn't mean players weren't in his ear asking questions.

I think Colston will be fine. He is a year behind and is likely not in game shape yet. We just might have to wait till until the end of the season or next year before he starts to shine. Of course, he could just as easily flame out but don't see it happening.

Id say 0%, Minter don't need him to do that, he did it at Michigan and had a staff.

And why wouldn't he be in game shape now?
I'll give him his 3 years like any developing rookie but don't agree with any of the rest.

Per today's The Athletic Football Show, it is expected that more teams will play Three High aka Big Nickel.

Teams will copycat the Cardinals (Budda Baker), the Ravens (Kyle Hamilton), and the Chargers (Derwin James).

I think we keep Mickens AND Jefferson as part of our best 53.

And I think our young weapons and a healthy Herbert are gonna push us on, in spite of OL deficiencies.

If you read the New Orleans game day thread, someone(s) was calling Rocket a bust after his first couple of runs because he didn't get much yardage.

Of course later in the game he shined and now he’s a legend.

I was very excited when he signed and believe he has a lot of potential but these wild projections about every player based on a a couple of training camp highlights and preseason snaps are extremely premature IMO.

Same with Tre Harris. He’s a bust because he hasn’t had a 100 yard preseason game yet.

if I recall correctly, you were the one who took it as an indictiment against not only our entire scouting dept and Chef Hortiz, but our coaching staff as well, saying they must not know what the hell they are doing, while I continued to raise the flag for a Keenan return....

still like Keenan, still like Rahiem, still like Zion, still like Denzel, still like Gadsden, still like Jaret Patterson, and actually liked Trey Lance a fair bit when he came out, and.... not all my takes are popular, and not all of 'em are spot on, and.... why are you so bothered by them ??
