You’ve stood next to Devlin while he coaches? For how long? How many days? You could hear everything he said, saw everything he does? What did you see him do / teach / coach? What great OL coaches did you then go stand next to and watch coach that makes you able to diagnose that Devlin does everything just as great as the best OL coaches on the planet?

No offense but I’m looking for some evidence that someone here on TPB who insists nothing is Devlin’s fault knows first hand what he actually does day in and day out, and has compared it to what the best OL coaches do and 100% validated that there is not one thing he could do differently. I’m serious - how does anyone who says its not Devlin’s fault actually know this? If its a guess, thats cool - we all make guesses here based on prior experiences.

It's up to Harbaugh if something on his team isn't right or a player consistently does the wrong thing. He's in charge.
The OT's have been excellent. The IOL has been inconsistent and the skill guys had issues. QB hurt, only one quality WR, one inconsistent RB and some plugs, no quality receiving TE although Dissly gets kudos for trying. JH2 address what was important and available this year. RB,WR, TE for the greater part of the draft. Sign Becton.
If Devlin sucks, Jim knows. If anyone thinks Jim accepts substandard coaching because they're buddies or something??

Yeah, the Chargers are pretty far down the pecking order. You almost have to believe they will do a last-minute trade if they want to get a good o-linemen. One of the problems Hortiz has is he doesn't have a lot of 2026 draft capital to spend on a trade.
