Yes, I saw his stats and Joe Alt played LT for all his games.

The OL run blocking is inferior with Salyer so why you think it’s going to be improved is puzzling.

Here’s what else I saw. 4 out of his 5 games he averaged 46.5 yards per game and 1 game he had 128 yards.

I see you and many others expect him to play like that 1 exceptional game in his first game after injury versus his 4 mediocre games.

I think the odds favor my point of view and I like facts versus fantasy.

I think over the next few seasons you will be eating your critical words about this stud and enjoying him like the rest of us

BTW in the first few games of this season even with Joe Alt the run blocking was terrible. There were no holes and Hampton was often breaking his first tackle in the backfield or right at the line of scrimmage.

Maybe you blocked the Giants game out of your mind (I wouldn't blame you if you did), but Hampton's big runs in that game happened after Alt went out and Deculus played left tackle.

At worst, put Penning as your 6 OL, Matlock or Dissly and just run the damn ball
and max protect in the passing game

Herbert outran Hampton last night. 67 versus 56 for Omarion.
