A hard no to multiple high draft picks from meOriginally posted by Ghost of Quacksaw View PostSo, according to this article, A.J. Brown has four teams he'd be most interested in playing for: The Bills, Chargers, Chiefs and Patriots.

With respect to OL - after two years of failing, why not just "spend some cash". If you fail, you at least tried. David Edwards 61/4 -- thats pretty good. Elgton Jenkins.Originally posted by Boltx View Post
I'm not discounting that.
But what happens when good teams take that away?
That said, Hortiz still has time to make the team better - by my count, if he cuts Dupree, he has close to $40m of NET cap space - so whether its Edge to replace Dupree, LB, Safety, WR - he has the friggin money

Sure why not. he can join Deculus who was on 6 practise squads in 3 years 😂Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post
you want us to decline a 3rd round pick for some asshole that's been on 4 different teams in 6 years? good god...apparently 4 sets of coaching staffs didn't agree with your assessment of how good this cat is despite him being a relatively high 3rd round pick, you have no idea as in no fucking clue what is going on with this guy, whether he has worn out his welcome in lorckerrooms due to being a bad teammate or whether he has some kind of chronic issue which could be anything, maybe there is a reason why he hasn't stayed anywhere that you know nothing about...I could understand questioning 1 set of coaches, but 4 sets of coaches in 6 seasons and he was drafted high in the 3rd? yeah something is definitely not right there considering how much demand there is for O-line in the NFL...

I doubt they cut Bud until they add at least one better player, maybe not until 2. He's Edge 3 today, already promoted by default from last year's Edge4.Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post

Here's a fun fact- Molden will have a fairly large cap savings possibility NEXT year, does that increase odds of seeking another Safety at some point or in draft? I loved how quickly Mickens was developing last year, feel good about him but they'll need more. Unc still out in the cold as of now ...Justin Herbert 2026 MVP Watch

Popper is going to be bewildered no matter what!Originally posted by jamrock View Post
popper is bewildered. Those Hortiz pressers are gonna be wild
The only two OG's we missed out on were Semulo age 32 and Jenkins (injury main concern)!
If we were to sign Teller, move Slater to LG and draft someone like Monroe Freeling, Caleb Lamu or Proctor or draft Fano to be our OG or OT, that's probably a better Oline then with the two guys we missed out on! no?
We have to really wait and see how the draft plays out to give Hortiz a letter grade on the offseason! The man has said many times the draft is how he builds our team, not free agency! We are a playoff team two years into his tenure. Let's see how he finally addresses the Oline in the draft! There are several options to make our Oline solid with young players, as opposed to oldies in their 30's!
