Anybody see the super bowlOriginally posted by Critty View Post
OL/DL are weapons.
eagles OL and DL dominated for them
so yes trenches are weapons
maybe Hortiz is going to shock with somebody like Milton Williams
chargers do need a WR but not going to freak out yet
always thought the sensible WR plan was sign a player like MW or Slayton but draft one

No doubt he has a plan, signing high priced WRs isn't part of it. I thought Adams would have been a possibility and maybe he was but just choose to go to the Rams. We likely won't really know.Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post
Hortiz obviously has a plan and it’s not buying big at WR if that means not getting trenches
just have to see what he does and hope he comes through
Regardless, this is a good chance to pick up some really good starters and some much-needed depth.1) Cut Becton, Boz(ret), Dissly, DD, Fisk, and Dupree
2) Re-sign Tart, Hand (4m), Phillips (5m)
3) Sign the ERFA's Williams, Patterson, and Vidal (3m).
4) Sign free agents Cole Strange (OG-1.5 m), Whyatt Teller (OG-10m), Luke Fortner (OC-6.5m), Brunskill (OC-vet min) Leo Chenal (LB-5m), Rashid Shaheed (WR- 14m), Cade Otten (TE-8m) Greg Dulcich (TE-3m), K'Lavon Chaisson (ED 9m), Myers (DT-7.8m), Alec Ingold (FB-6m), Hendrickson (ED-25m), Seumalo (OG-9m), AVT (OG). Jenkins (OG- 12m)

They haven't made any of those big dealsOriginally posted by Critty View PostChargers with Hortiz as GM are not paying WRs 20mil anymore. The big deals are for franchise QB, great Edge player, shutdown CB and Franchise OTs.
Get used to it. OL Weapons, DL weapons.
Line of Scrimmage Team.

he drafted Ladd, he's going to draft herbert more weapons, he's already proven he can draft impact guys, why should this offseason be any different?Originally posted by Critty View PostChargers with Hortiz as GM are not paying WRs 20mil anymore. and NE will go big on at least one FA WR.... the WR's will go quick because this draft is not loaded with them...Originally posted by Bolt4Knob View Post
Probably a good way to go. Get your cheap RB and WR
plus there are many veteran WRs to help bridge for the draft pick. Maybe it’s Amari Cooper for 15m

Yeah, I think free agency is really looking like IOL and defense. It really looks like there will be good value for defensive players in free agency, not so much on offense. I think they will hit the offense hard in the draft.Originally posted by Jack Burton View Post
Yeah, I see them doing just that. Interior o line and some defensive players resign the key guys and then go weapons in 3 of the 1st 4 picks.1) Cut Becton, Boz(ret), Dissly, DD, Fisk, and Dupree
