Every team that lost today should fire their OC... An OC is only worth their paycheck if they can call plays that don't require talent from their players. I think all the other teams have that guy... Harbaugh should prob be fired too for not seeing what we see.

It seems to me a lot of fans just don't really get this Chargers team with Jim running the show! They are grinders and grind away in these games. The game is close usually in the first 3 quarters and when it matters the most that's when they win the game! Even saw that with Jim's Michigan team. you can tell Harbuagh loves these players and his staff and really believes in them!

Roman is a liability. This offense definitely has personnel issues, but it also just *disappears* for while halves. That’s unacceptable for any NFL offense.

Sometimes players need to make plays. In the case of the Chargers, they need WRs who can get open. This is kinda what I was talking about needing to have more talent to win the 2nd half of games. Not sure if it's talent or scheme but they need to figure out a way to get WRs open.

I think in the case of Palmer he benefited from having KA and MW. He can get open when he is the 3rd receiver but when he is the #1 he can't. Seems to be the same for QJ.

Slater is our LT, Alt plays RT. KC has some of the same problems we have. No legit #1 WR. They have Kelce and that's about it. They do however
have a better run game than we do and especially now that Dobbins is out.

Just looking back at the Harbaugh hire, which was a great move….but it’s seems he was to in love with Bosa and Herbert. I wish he would have gone after more players on offense to help Herbert. Harbaugh loves to run the ball and could afforded Henry or Barkley which would have made an amazing impact. I also thing keeping Allen should have been a priority. What did he see in Bosa that he didn’t see in Henry or Barkley .. all who had injuries.
Harbaugh could have made many better decisions in his first year.

Wow....we got away with a W, so that's all that mattered. We would never have won without Kirk Cousins.......And let me tell you, the Atlanta fans HATE this guy......at least the entire section around me. I have to admit that I was muttering more than a couple of F bombs by mid 3rd quarter.......The O just did not have the juice and it was rough to watch in person. But we are 8 - 4 so that's all that matters. The W even made a broken down MARTA train on the way home tolerable. WHEW.....bring on the Chiefs.

Its about stopping the run..... Jackson cannot beat you purely passing the ball.... the teams tht beat them stop the run... if you cannot stop the run you will not likely beat them....

Interestingly, the Ravens rushed 32 times for 166 yards and a 5.2 yards per carry average so at least in this game, that wasn’t the case.

The Ravens O has disappeared in 2 of their last 3 games with far more talent than us. Perhaps they should fire their OC.

Funny, they lost 3 guys on coaching and FO… and beat us and have a better record and could be #1 seed and you’re calling out their OC. Look in the mirror please

LoL. I don't see the game but it looks like they moved it pretty well and if you were just looking at the stats you'd think they won.

problem with Roman is that our offense hasn't looked good against a decent defense yet this season for a full game and especially not in the 2nd half of these games. It's a huge problem

The second half perfomance of this offense has been dismal all season long. It literally stops functioning after half time, game after game.

I think the Chargers will trade for George Kittle seems like a Charger Jim Harbaugh type of guy.

I'd be cautious with a Kittle acquisition - for the right compensation, maybe, but he seems to be on the edge of breaking down. He's had a lot of injuries and a lot of mileage. He'd be miles better than anything we have now though, no doubt.

this is true, but even Harbaugh would love for the team to score TD's on every series if possible.....

It was obvious that Herbert was steaming on the sidelines..... he wants to score every time he is out there but he simply does not have good enough players around him yet.... still I do not understand why Chark who is big and fast nd has produced in NFL with far lesser QB's... gets ZERO SNAPS or targets.....

Right now I'm thinking draft a top OG and TE, shop for the best C on the market.

OL class is apparently really bad this year. Lots of WR and TE options apparently.
