Everyones hinting that needs to be a change on the offensive side of the ball!

Chiefs won the Superbowl with 10 Rookies....

change just for the sake of change is futile
The main advantage with Roman was supposed to be the rushing attack, which unfortunately hasn’t shown up these last two seasons. The passing concepts were always a concern and as others have noticed, he doesn’t make it easy on his QB like other OCs do ie. Josh McDaniel last night with easy buttons in case something goes wrong. It’s been Herbert playing out of structure and making amazing plays.

But where was the in-game coaching, going over this stuff

Josh McDaniels is on the sidelines with Drake Maye
Sean McVay, Kyle Shanahan - on the sidelines with Purdy and Stafford

If Herbert is missing throws, where the hell is the in game coaching to help him
Why not adjust the play calls to help him

                      The post is true though.

A talent like Justin Herbert should be...and was ...throwing for 4000 yards in his sleep (which btw is not some massive benchmark in a 17 game schedule)

The only reason it stopped is because of Jim Harbaugh's and Greg Roman's archaic shitty offence

And I don't want it hear another peep about how this is Harbaugh's winning formula. Harbaugh hasn't won a playoff game for the Chargers, just like Staley before him. At least Staley only lost his game by 1 point, even if he blew a lead. Harbaugh in 2 playoff games hasnt even had his team prepared or competitive in either of them

                        Damn right

With a day to digest and reflect on yesterdays debacle...i am putting the blame squarely on Jim Harbaugh more than Justin Herbert. He is a very well paid Head Coach, the buck stops with him.

Harbaugh chose and hired Greg Roman. Harbaugh stubbornly starts the grossly incompetent Bozeman for 2 years running. Harbaugh should praise Herbert a little less and help him a lot more.

Herbert soldiered on through a ridiculous amount of pressure and abuse and is the main reason this team even made the playoffs. These coaches should be ashamed of what Herbert went through. Injured tackles should not stop coaching, and teaching your inside lineman how to pick up a fucking stunt after 2 years.

To be fair the defense was ready this game. I’m all for giving Harbaugh a warning for hiring Roman but Harbaugh also brought Jesse minter. Harbaugh needs to admit his mistake and move on and adapt to the time and get an offensive guru to help him run the offense. I think there is a good chance Mike McDaniel isn’t picked up as a HC and could take Herbert and the offense to the next level.
