Darnold should be in the conversation for OPOY, but I suspect he's not. if he left a top flight well coached org to go back to yet another dysfunctional last place team, would he revert back to old Darnold though?“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”

Darnold is going to make a play to stay long term in Minnesota, whether he gets the long term deal in 2025 or in 2026 remains to be seen, I think the Vikings will want to see another year like the one he's had in 2024 before they committ to him and decide to move on from JJ...2025 is too soon to make that move...

no way they let Darnold go - that dude just found his forever home. They will commit to him this off-season, and if they can't work out a deal they will tag him. I'd bet a large platter of tacos on it.
TT doesn't know how to pry elite players in their prime from anyone anyway.“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”

As for the Raiders - they have the cap space to do something big for Darnold -- next two years, nobody has more combined space than the Raiders

Well, the NE result -- the win -- was not a surprise. How the Chargers did it, was a surprise. The offense has found another gear. Harbaugh wants 11 wins. The Raiders have won 2 in a row. I have to think that Harbaugh and the team's goal of 11 wins gets them across the finish line. This game will be much closer than the NE game. Maybe less than a TD. 27 - 21 Chargers. The Chargers reach 11 wins -- 3 more than I expected in Harbaugh's first year. A meaningful game in January? Heck yes!
