Just about everyone is jumping on the Charger bandwagon and predicting us to win. That is not being ignored by the Texans. Saw a clip of Mixon being told that Rex Ryan says the Chargers have a bye week this weekend. We will get their A game.

Agree on KA and MW. I am spending good money on proven IOL players, not aged WRs who had bad 2024 seasons. The difference between them and Mack is that Mack had a good 2024 season and he gives 110% to his team with every breath he takes. Edge is in the top cluster of priority positions, team needs to get younger there. WR they will figure out - a Day 2 pick won't surprise me.

They have to decide on Bosa before the draft - will be interesting to see what they do.

I think bringing back Mack should be on the table. I just think if they can find a way to limit his snaps moving forward, that will make him more effective.. Bosa, they have to decide on before the year league starts in March - he is due a big bonus check. My guess, if he is back -- that $25m will be cut in half - -or a bit more. IF QJ continues to show improvement, WR can move off need in free agency to a draft pick like in R3 or R4.

Free agency probably would lean towards: OG, Center, figure out Edge whether that is Mack, Bosa or another player. Also draft pick. Get the Van Garfinkel kid type player - I know I butchered his name from 43 on the Vikings. Baller.

Hopefully they bring back Poona Ford and Teair Tartt - but those guys are going to want to get paid - might only get one guy back

The Texans shouldn't need inspiration for a playoff game but you are right, they will have a chip on their shoulder and my guess, Coach Ryans is playing that clip of Rex Ryan. Also probably saying the Chargers could have rested their players against the Raiders but they wanted to play us.

Wondering if the Palisades Fire is going to affect air quality at The Bolt and the ability to practice there. The flames are only about 10 air miles away.

yesterday afternoon/eve was already a mess and can't see anyway that the air quality isn't affected.... a real tragedy in the Palisades and prolly other areas (Topanga Canyon) as well ??

I thought we all agree we will never take a player that plays like that, why the KA exception? If accurate its inexcusable, if you put on an NFL uniform and you step on the field, you don’t do what you just described ever for any team for any reason. KA was getting paid $20M to give his team his all.

When I heard Tyreek talk in his own words and justify why he refused to go in and play last weekend, that he had to put his family first and think about himself and his future … in the middle of a game where MIA still had a playoff chance where he’s getting paid $30M/year to play … that was it. Off the List Forever!

That is the worst sell job since AJ told us Jacob Hester was the perfect blend between a real running back and a real fullback …

funny that you mention that, as ran into someone the other day say that Tyreek is over it given that they didn't make the playoffs and that he is house hunting in SoCal, and that the leading candidate, @least according to the local and/or social media scuttlebutt, is that the Chargers would be the leading candidate for his services, and... yes, his skill set might be a great fit, but can't see JH2 coming anywhere close to considering paying full value for his talents, and however helpful they might be ??

M.Will would, no doubt, considerably strengthen the present WR group, and if his contract is modest, it would allow Joe Hortiz more latitude to sign additional need-filling free agents at OTHER spots...

no chance.... wasn't a good biz decision @$20m, and just isn't dependable enough availability wise.... the roster can only handle so many JK Dobbins/Denzel Perryman's.
