GOOD!!!! Herbert needs speed and youth at the WR spot. Not possession guys and/or jump ball guys who can't separate.

Sometimes you need a jump ball guy that can make a crucial contested catch. The only WR we have who seemingly can do that now is Harris.

Gadsden might pitch in with that.

And KLS is 50% on contested catches which is pretty good, very good for a deep threat.

This was never going to work out. It was an act of desperation to maybe get another 1-2 wins in what will be a very tough season to watch.

Best of luck to him, though. He had some great games here, especially against the Chefs.

McConkey did EXACTLY that in the Bengals game and on the TD in the playoff game(yes junk time).

I've been saying on this site for 3 years that Herbert needs youth at the WR spot. I'm glad this may actually happen, even if it's a learning year this season.

I hate being the forum realist, but if you guys think we're winning more than 5 games with Zion & "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?" in the center of this OL and in the AFC West, I got a bridge to sell you. There's no way Hortiz could fill this many holes this quickly. TT really f'd us over.

It's a rebuilding year. You guys better prepare yourselves.

Granted. I understood the MW signing when they didn't get Davante Adams. So signing MW made sense
That said - I think most people thought he was a stop gap who would probably play half the season with his injury history

We won 11 games last year with Zion, Bozeman and Pipkins in the middle of the line last year so I'm not buying the pessimism that suddenly we lose 6 more games than last year, despite having the deepest roster we have had in years.
