big question marks on our O line which affects everything from running, passing the football and keeping Herbert healthy. They were dominated
by a superior Eagles team in the SB. But we're not the Eagles from last year. No team is for that matter.

Chiefs have made hay by generally being the healthiest team entering the playoffs. Where am I wrong on that list, or is it wrong to do this?
Right now, they are pushing their luck to the extreme. Great coaching staff: they can only do so much.
Dynasties end under identical circumstances; you want me to start kicking them when they are down?

Yes i do want you to feel free to kick the Chiefs to your hearts content when we finally put them down in the AFC West!

And, btw, I have not announced the Chargers to be the Super Bowl favorites, in the AFC.
Problems with their Oline should not be weighed in that balance.
One should be very reluctant to choose the Chiefs once again to represent the AFC this year .... they are getting old, and banged up, and are sticking to what they have,
which eventually happens to all dynasties.
They are ripe for the taking.
Maybe, it will be the donkeys; maybe, they Chiefs can turn back the clock and stave off injuries once again.
That 2nd outcome is becoming increasingly unlikely.

QJ is in concussion protocol. Keenen is what 34 years old. Hampton is a rookie and we don't have a long snapper. In some sense we may
be in worse shape than the Chiefs as our O line may be in shambles.

Do a bit of research on the success of DTs at the age of 31 and beyond, and then get back to me.
You'll find a few outliers, but that's about it.
The idea of him no longer being elite will start entering people's heads. Chiefs need him to be elite.

I have to disentangle all of this and get back to the main point .... Chiefs have aging stars, players coming off of major injuries,
or players that are chronically injured: each one they will need to lean on.
Each one has associated with him serious doubts about how they'll be able to hold up during the season, or whether their body will any longer respond like it formerly did.
If you want to argue about any one of them being good bets to rely on come December ... then go ahead.
You put Najee in that boat? QJ? How many games did Becton miss last year?
The difference between Kelce/Jones position on their team, and Keenan's on the Chargers should be apparent to you.
If Kelce/Jones are just good players at their positions, would KC be fine with that: the answer is no .... their Super Bowl chances are probably at an end.
And if Keenan is just a solid complimentary piece, would the Chargers be fine with that: the answer is yes.

People here are in the habit of running around squaking all day about the Chargers deficiencies on the Oline.
Curious why you didn't characterize the Chief's Oline as potentially being in shambles? They are closer to it.
Trey Smith / Creed Humprhies - there, I've just listed the only dependable performers on that Oline.
Taylor was barely adequate last year and is dealing with a chronic injury; Simmons is a rookie and coming off a career threatening injury to boot.
Kingsley S is a joke ... raw OT from BYU who flamed out at LT last year, and now they are going to put him at a position he's never played before ...
How many here thought that Pip was going to be a slam dunk at guard last year?
To say something that stupid would have been silly; but people here say with a straight face that Kingsley S. will be good ... just you wait and see!
Missing Joe Thuney is going to be a big, fucking deal!
