There was a pretty interesting interview with him in the offseason about what he could and couldn't do last year, especially with Herbert missing so much time in camp and then being so limited with his ankles in the season. He will run TE screens in the flats, though.

People mentioned that Spaggs likes to blitz. No better way to beat a blitz than with a shovel pass. You'll notice that Hamptons shovel pass came against a Florida State blitz.Protect the QB
