IMHO, Kennard was a project pick. I would love to see him has a pass rushing specialist on passing downs to break him in. He needs to get a bit bigger and stronger to hold the edge and become a an every down edge, IMHO.

This is true. I'm always pleasantly surprised when someone like Tarheeb Still plays well in his rookie year after being drafted in the fifth round. Realistically, I don't know why anyone is surprised by a fourth-rounder such as Justin Egboigbe or Kyle Kennard taking a year to adjust to NFL talent. Yes, Kennard played in the SEC. That's still not as hard as facing NFL offensive tackles. I think during the entire 2024 season, the only future NFL offensive tackle Kennard faced was Alabama's Kadyn Proctor, who just turned 20 this past June, is still in college this season, and many on this forum have claimed has high bust potential.

Chargers have Kennard listed @ 254LBs. I've seen him listed anywhere from 234-245lbs pre-draft so who knows. Conversely, Mack is listed @ 270ish, Tuli @ 266, and Bosa IIRC was @ 280. I just believe Kennard needs to add some weight so he can better hold the edge. It's hard with this roster to activate someone who is not a 3-down player, IMHO.

The Chargers/Chiefs game was on Youtube for free. The Monday Night game versus the Raiders was on ESPN. Unfortunately one
needs a Cable or streaming service that provides ESPN to tune into the live game. So that one not for free. All Monday night
games used to be for free on local TV. That changed some time ago because the NFL makes most of it's money through TV
rights. So they are milking the cow.

Well, the NFL got me to help with their revenue stream today as I bought the YouTube Sunday Ticket. I didn't get it last year and the service that shall not be named worked pretty well last year... but when I saw the offer for YouTube subscribers, introductory - I took the plunge

So now this Sunday, I will be able to watch all the games - good bad or indifferent on Sunday but mainly the Chargers at 1:05 pm with Kevin Harlan, Trent Green, Melanie Collins and oh year

I used to get Direct TV Sunday Ticket and usually I could talk them down to around the same - $200-225.

Maxx Crosby- 255lb, Micah Parsons- 250 lb do pretty well at their weight. There's no magic number. Experience, ability, training, want-to are the separators. Work, study, work some more and talk to Mack and Tuli, Minter. He's a 4th rd rookie, drafted for his potential.
