Cynthia Frelund, NFL Network analytics cruncher, says Patriots will easily cover the 3.5 points they are giving.

She cites Vrabel shutting down quick passes + Charger OL woes.

I believe we will be ok (capable of surviving) with Salyer and Pipkins.

My fingers are crossed that Hammer Hampton is healthy and can bring it.

We don't have any quick passes.

She is clueless, not because she's a woman, there are plenty of male NFL analysts who are clueless too.

I don’t think there is any rule that a player has to practice in order to play. Naw.

Yes, injury designation was created to make the books aware. It coincides with the point spread.

"Combating Gambling Influence: The primary reason for injury reports is to prevent inside information from being used for gambling purposes. As one Redditor explains, "The injury report exists so that gamblers can't pay off team officials or employees to gain injury information that they can then profit off of.

Injury reports are definitely to aid sports lines as well as fantasy leagues. But there is no rule that a player has to practice. He could be listed as doubtful and then play on game day. If a team did designate doubtful then play players a lot - it would probably get some scrutiny. But one player one time - no rule against it.

My heart says its 80-20 he will play, but i dont really know a thing.

She uses her dumb analytic formula and it's almost always wrong. The Chargers have played better defenses than the Pats with this woeful oline and won.

Well, she was talking about "keeping her heater" (fastball) with Gregg Rosenthal. It seems Blondie is 6-0 vs the spread last two weeks.

Feels like we are sleep walking into a slaughter.

We can still win, but would probably be an upset for the ages. Why not?
