Herbert needs to ask for a trade. He will never win anything with the Chargers. I can only imagine what he would be with a coach like McVay, Shanahan or B. Johnson.

With Stafford getting old, if I were the rams, I’d offer the Chargers a trade they couldn’t refuse.
