Not a fan if this ends up being the actual opener date/opponent/location.

Seems to be fake as a KC Bronco game is the first MNF:

Perfect. Two gimpy quarterbacks playing orthopedic dodgeball.

Bo Nix will be out there planting that foot like he’s stepping on land mines, praying his ankle doesn’t explode again while Sean Payton screams “RUN IT AGAIN, YOU’RE FINE!”

Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes will drop back, try one of those patented sidearm hero balls, and immediately do the “oh fuck my graft” limp.

MNF sponsored by the American Orthopedic Association and Vicodin.

Hmmmm….I’m rethinking the Chargers division title chances.

Hoping for a couple easy games early, so the new offense can work out some bugs…

I hope they are easy to win, but against toughest teams on the schedule.

Why do I think it’s an advantage for Chargers?

            1) Early game(s) less injured so more healthy starters

            2) New offense and defense from new coordinators which makes it harder for opposing coaches to game plan.

            Bring it on!

I had a dream yesterday or the day before. I heard Troy Aikman and Joe Buck talking, but I didn't see them. I did see the team, the Chargers. They were in their powder blue jersey. Then I heard Aikan say something about the Raiders. This is giving me an idea or indication the Chargers are hosting the Raiders for a MNF game. But what I heard or saw in my dream likely doesn't mean anything though.

How great would it be if the Chargers won the AFC West with this year being a host team of the Super Bowl? The Chargers and Rams, co-tenants, are the Super Bowl host teams this year.

Ravens v. Steelers would make more sense for the MNF opener

We are one of 5 teams that could play the Seahawks in their home opener as their other home opponents have been listed in week 1 games against other players.

Do we know if those week 1 schedules floating around social media aren't fake click bait? I've wondered if any of them are real.

Looks like the majority of them are click bait. Shefter and Rappaport have reported a few games that I'd trust.
