Wecome to Overreaction Monday (Which usuallys starts on Sunday!)
I predicted a close loss, and it wasn't some attempt at a "reverse jinx" either...I expected it.
4-4 at the midpoint... I expect some wins that most think we'll lose, and maybe a loss or two that most won't expect, the rest of the way.
The NFL is crazy, fellas.
Jets over the Saints?
7 TD passes for Nick Foles?
Bucs at Seahawks in OT?
The Chiefs 8-0?
There are just way too many moving parts and changes from week to week to have any sort of feel for what is going to happen next."...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

Just heard on the radio that with the time remaining on the clock, the time outs, the ball at the 1 yardline (should have been the one inch) that the Chargers were 98.9% favorite to win the game. 1% Chance to lose and we pull it off. Chargers once again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Listening to 1360 I think everyone is sick this morning.
1. Woodhead isn't a goal-line RB. Should never be called to run in short yardage situations.
2. RM is a physical RB... WHY was his number not called at least once let alone he should have been called 3 straight times.
3. Really a fade route to Gates???? Simply a terrible call.
4. Rolling Rivers out when he is absolutely the LAST QB IN THE ENTIRE LEAGUE YOU ROLL OUT FOR A QB PASS/RUN OPTION.Last edited by Charged up; 11-04-2013, 05:43 AM.

I was at the game yesterday and had a great time other than the way it ended. Good to see a lot of bolt fans at the game representing. On to the Donkeys...Some people say the Bolts shouldn't even be in the playoffs....

Another good point is showing confidence in your players. I think there is something to be said for that much like McCoy showed confidence in Novak against Indy he showed no confidence in his offensive line or RB especially Mathews. That lack of confidence I am sure doesn't sit well with those players.
You power it in with Mathews, brown, or McClain and and they get it done its a great feel good win we can build on.migrated from chargerfans.net then the thenflforum.com then here

Absolutely the playcalling on the goaline was suspect, but to make statements like "McCoy is not the guy" after 8 games into his rookie head coaching career I guess is just par for the course with most Chargers fan these days.ESPN Screename: GoBolts02

That any team can win with this craptastic defense is impressiveLast edited by oneinchpunch; 11-04-2013, 09:21 AM.Hashtag thepowderblues
