How many passes has Rivers completed in a roll out? Percentage wise, it would have to be well below 10%.Adipose

We have the questionable decision in Philly to play conservative and set up kind of a long FG instead of trying to get closer or score a TD.
We have the abandonment of the passing game in a one score game in Tennesse leading to an incredibly conservative decision to trust a suspect defense with the game on the line. They blow it and we lose.
Cowboys game, did OK.
Raiders game, played like crap. I seriously think accepting the penalty when we pulled with in a score was a mistake as I have laid out on this board. Raiders may have punted to us or they have to take a big risk on one play instead we make the decision for them and give them a free third down play even though we had just faced them and stopped them on 3rd down the play before.
Colts game, not many problems. We had redzone troubles again with no power running game in the redzone and some criticized kicking the long FG at the end instead of going for 4th and short but I think it was an okay decision either way.
Jags game. Well redzone troubles again letting the half expire with no points.
Redskins game. I am done with this clown. Screw McCoy.
Almost every game I see something that I think is just strategically retarded and I don't want a retarded head coach.migrated from chargerfans.net then the thenflforum.com then here

Yeah screw McCoy.
Because (rookie) head coaches are incapable of learning from their mistakes, right?
Didn't realize poor McCoy had to be flawless in his first 8 games to win everybody over. Now if 2, 3 years go by and the same things become disturbing trends, then sure. If it was up to you I'm sure we'd be switching head coaches every week.ESPN Screename: GoBolts02

Well from what I see he is not learning from his mistakes.
Not only that but his attitude about it is ridiculous. He calls it basically an organizational decision, he doesn't take ownership of it. He simply says we did what we did and we are moving forward and are not going to second guess.
How is he supposed to learn if he refuses to analyze the decisions he is making and is not even taking ownership of those decisions?migrated from chargerfans.net then the thenflforum.com then here

We also see the evidence of no learning based on continued problems.
I liked the organizational attitude initially, but dude take some ownership, take the heat. When calls are being questioned I don't want to hear this crap....say that's my call. Don't say we made that decision together. Give us some idea of what you were thinking, don't just say we did what we thought was best and I am not going to talk about it anymore than that.
I have a big problem with all of that.

Let's see if MM really learns from these things and see how he handles game management towards the end of the year.

At the very least McCoy has this year and next. As a rookie HC he's made some mistakes and even had his team unprepared for the Raiders game. He's also had this team play far better than I ever expected on other occasions. Lets just see if he can learn from the mistakes he's madeHashtag thepowderblues
