FWIW, I am in a couple of leagues with veto powers as well. I have seen valid trades vetoed for no good reason. I always think the league set up and rules need be put into something like fantasy pros and a trade value threshold established. If the trade does not violate the threshold, it can not be vetoed. The entire vetoe mechanism came about so as to avoid collusion at the end of the season to set up playoff rosters via trade. Just my two cents.
