I guess the refs thought Graham knocked the ball out of Cousins' hand before he threw it? But I have to agree with you Windsor. Sure looked as though Cousins threw that ball before anything else happened.

It's especially tough to watch when the guys in the booth see it one way, you agree with them, and then the guys on the field call it the other way.
I'm almost for the NFL doing what the NBA does- having refs at the league headquarters running over every play, to ensure they get it right. I couldn't care less about the human element of the game just get it right!

ratings are going to suck again this year. NFL is coming close to ye crossroads IMO
I think part of the problem comes with how teams practice these days. I appreciate that they have made changes to the way teams conduct practices to make things safer for players and not put them at risk, but when practices don't feature proper contact and pads during training camp and regular season, it is not really the way players improve and as time goes on and the league is stricter on what can and can't happen in practices, there is potential for the quality of football to go down or at least in certain parts of the game like tackling because they don't really get to practice it.

      Woodhead carted off again

Baltimore Ravens running back Danny Woodhead was carted off the field with a hamstring injury in the first quarter and didn't return to the game.

I agree with this 1000%. Teams cannot train hard/have 2 a days etc. because of the last CBA that was signed. So the players don't get "worked" as hard before the season starts so they drop like flies the first couple weeks of the season before they acatually get into football shape

Soooo many teams without a decent QB.

Is Indy that bad or are the Rams looking that good?

Think Denver tomorrow. No qb no win.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

None of their trades involved a young DL that may be the best defensive player in the game. Teams do not get rid of players like that. The fact you think Donald would be available and for the price u listed is my point Re: fantasy.

who did the Pats get? Kony freakin ealy for a 2nd, who they proceeded to cut, even though they are paper thin for pass rushers. Some very average RBs and a highly over-rated "shutdown" corner that can't cover. They did pick up a decent young receiver.

I thought T'eo played well against the Chargers in the pre-season game... but he's only the #3 MLB.
