Teo is improving?

Too many players are under performing on the defense to be too critical of rookie Teo.

If I was gonna harshly pass judgement on the kid, I would've said he was a fuckin idiot as well. I like that he works hard. I like that he seems to know where to be most of the time, despite missing time. Still question his durability. Still agree whit Den on his athleticism and speed. Still think he was overated even before he was played like a moron by his idiot cousin. Still don't know what we have here, except his athleticism and speed are not going to improve. At best we traded up to get a solid starting ILB. If he eventually becomes a 3 down player I will be in shock. Too harsh?

Since you want to be extreme in one direction I suppose it is fair to say he could be the next Zach Thomas. There is always the other end of a scale.

Whats the last rookie ILB that we drafted who was better his rookie year?

It's missing colors because the person who made it likely chose a smaller file size to make it more web-friendly (gifs from videos can sometimes be really big files that
take a long time to load). When you do that, it strips out a lot of the deeper colors to lessen the file size.

I thought it was because Teo knocked the shit out of him? My bad..............

He could never be the athlete Jr. was. Zach Thomas is a similar player to Teo, just at a higher level to this point.

Zach Thomas was a 5th rd pick that won Defensive Rookie of the Year and pro bowl alternate in his rookie year. and "seven Pro Bowls, five First Team All Pro selections, two NFL Alumni Linebacker of the Year awards, and was named to the NFL All-Decade Team for the 2000s". Teo has a lot of catching up to do to even get to Zach Thomas level.

Just saying his skill set is more along the lines of Thomas, not that he is as good. Guess I have to spell it out for some. Would not be surprised at all to see Te'o bulk up in the offseason. He won't get faster but can easily get stronger to help take on blocks. Why do so many want him to fail?
