It's been a while since I have played fantasy football but why only one QB? I wonder if I can change my team name or if I should keep it. I honestly don't remember having that nickname. Im just wondering if this is a name i had a long time ago and I just forgot about it.
To be honest, I've played a lot of FF and have never played in a 2 QB league.

I used to have 2 QBs in my league but got too many complaints when one went down....and I get it. One QB is good and I didn't have a flex possition for it,...it was 2 starting QBs.

Yes, you bid on waiver wire pickups and as soon as waivers are filled all unclaimed players are available. Say for instance you have one of your main guys get hurt and some unexpected player is going off, you may want to bid a good bit of your budget on that guy if you don't already have someone to fill that hole. But if your team is solid and there's a guy that is starting to look good and could add solid depth or eventually become a starter for you, you could throw a much lower amount at him. It adds a bit of playing GM to the game.

No, it's your budget for the entire season (it'll actually be $200). As an example, in one of my leagues last year, a guy bid something like $130 on Phillip LIndsay in week 2 , because he drafted shitty RB's and needed help, which worked out pretty good, but he had to be frugal the rest of the year. While others didn't have major needs and are able to carry more money later into the season in case someone goes down or a player blows up late in the season.

So I have to fund $100. What if I don't spend any of it? Not really digging the idea to be honest.

It's not real money and everyone gets a $200 budget.

There is no "funding", it's 200 make believe dollars that everyone gets at zero cost. Think of it as your salary cap to spend as you see fit throughout the season.
