I don't care (or believe) half of what Lynn said....and I would bet a paycheck Bulaga never sees a down on the left side, no matter which hand our QB throws with. He is a RT, a really good one, and has been doing it for years...you try to change up his game now, you run the risk of him not being as effective...put him where he will play best...and if whoever wins the LT job struggles a bit, scheme to help the left side, knowing the right side is tight.

“We may still yet bring someone in or we may let Bulaga go over there or Sam Tevi go over there,” Lynn said, via the Los Angeles Daily News. “We have some good pieces to work with. Even Trent Scott played over there some last year. So those guys are young and they learned a lot last year. They’re going to be better this year. We’ll figure out what the best combination is once we get all those guys on campus and we get into some practices.”
If Pipkens is not ready, still lots of good in house options!!:salute:

OL Overhaul Plan:
1. Get rid of OL coach... check!
2. Upgrade RT thru FA... check!
3. Replace Schofield... check!
4. Shed Okung and his salary... check!
5. Replace Okung with best run-blocking LT in draft... one last step to take care of... and Pipkins ain't it...

It's a reasonable working theory that vet coach + quality vet teammates will produce better results.
