The Charger teams with superior personnel would be the 2006/2007 Chargers, when Rivers was a young, green quarterback operating off of a bad foot and ACL tear. Defeating a prime Tom Brady & Belichick in the playoffs is just a tad more difficult than Harbaugh and a green Lamar Jackson.
