Never like to see players gone for injury, but it does help - double team Miller the entire game.

Well we won't see Bradley Chubb. Bad to cheer an injury but it works in our favor.
Bolts have struggled with widespread player errors.
They did clean it up 2nd half v Mia. Granted Mia has their own issues, still the Bolts biggest enemy has been Bolts miscues.
Making that historic 3rd qtr offensive drive required full participation by 11 Chargers who did not screw it up. That and a 2nd half shutout by our D also required no major screwups by LAC. That's a step up.
Play a clean game v Den, we win.

With Chubb out, the Broncos struggling with the run yesterday, and the return of Melvin Gordon, I feel a bit better today.

However, got to improve the pass rush... especially against Flacco, who can't escape like Watson did. (Man, Watson killed us that game)

The Defense hasn't been as bad as we tend to think... but the injuries are worrisome. The lack of pass rush vs Houston was really worrisome.

We had an awesome pass rush against Houston, but play after play the fucker just wouldn't go down. Credit where credit is due.

going forward we're gonna see a fair bit more of Nwosu.... could be a difference maker (he was in the Baltimore playoff game).

no Facyson and a returning to form Michael Davis is obviously a difference maker as well.

and one of the biggest stats was the goose egg.... as in turnovers.... if we can repeat that in Denver, we will obviously be much the better for it.

and agree if Green can't go, that bringing in Lamp for the jumbo pkg in lieu of a blocking TE sounds like it makes sense to me ??

and as mentioned would like to see some two back sets w/MG3 and Ekeler.

other factors going forward, are can Dontrelle continue to make substantial contributions, will Whiz keep spreading the mustard around w/the likes of Kendricks, Pope, Geremy and Patton ?? will Tillery and Justin Jones continue to see the field more/increase their snap counts, do Kyzir, Jatavis and Tranquill continue to increase their snap counts as well, and....

biggest opportunity for things in the defensive backfield is.... what is the story w/Roderic Teamer, and if and when can Adderley give us a much needed boost back there ?? !!
