Any TPB member could have been just as useless at half the price of Trajic Benjamin.
Actually if the ball hits some of them in the hands, they may actually catch it.
(TT & Spanos???? It is sad that my statement above has even a shred of truth to it.)

Benjamin was probably held on to because of some of his past accolades, altho those are few and I can't remember but a couple of them. His speed was another factor. From the start he was mainly a speedster who could outrun db's on bomb passes. Teams can now easily cover him on those bombs. He has no real talent other than running fast and catching long bombs with no defenders nearby. He has no real talent at route running and can't hold on to passes. He was just a speedstar, like track and field stars who get signed to the NFL. He wasn't an effective slot receiver either.
