Brady would have a chance to prove beyond a reasonable doubt to be the GOAT (to anyone who doesn’t already think so) by winning a superbowl as a Charger in 2020.

BUT, having experienced this with Warner when he moved to the Cardinals, it was all about selling tickets to their new stadium ... Matty Boy Leinart started because they thought he could sell more seats.

I can see the Chargers jumping all over this ...all those empty seats in their big fancy new stadium is going to be the embarrassment of the century.

Wouldn't be surprised if they did jump at the opportunity. I don't seem him taking us to the promised land either way unless he brings some major pieces from NE with him. He'd have to run the same system here.

Also, would need a great defense to back him up even more so at this point in his career.

i get what you are saying but brady is not stupid....... joining a team with the worst OL in football would be suicide...... also, the reason manning did not want to be a charger is the horrible spanos organization.... and marty the i want to run every down and make sure we never have to throw coach.....marty and his offense is horrible for any QB's career........

IF i was Rivers and the Chargers replaced me with Brady I'd go to New England. Play one year, win a Superbowl and put doubts in every ones heads about how great was Brady all that time if Rivers does the same exact thing.
Meanwhile Brady brought down to Earth by coach Lynn and gets pulverized behind a non-existent O-line. Finishing on the normal Chargers 8-8 mendoza line.
