In large part, the coaching staff has to take responsibility for the plays being drawn up. And to date, most of the time, we are very predictable, and hence our red zone epic fail.

Have we tried any passes to William sin the end zone since he dropped the 2 against the Lions (I believe it was them) early in the season? We have a big mismatch advantage with him and we never seem to call plays to try and take advantage of it.

Seems we like to do a lot of things that don't make sense, like sending Allen deep to high point it against multiple defenders.
