Bill should take a year off from being THE guy and get-in on this Spanos-money being thrown around as our "QB coach".

He’s not a QB coach and there’s no reason to spend BB money on a QB coach even if he was. Jim’s got this, we don’t need to eat so much sugar we get a belly ache

Kellen Moore to be OC of the Eagles.

Eagles expected to hire Chargers offensive coordinator Kellen Moore for their OC position (nfl.com)

In the coaching realm I was wondering also, how come Steve Spagnuolo does not seem to get any consideration for head coach..I mean I know he was an HC before...but everybody raves about him now as far as his defense...the tendency to hire these relatively young "up and comers" I guess is a mystery to me...its a good thing overall for sure...give new guys a chance...but just seems like when there are guys out there like this...look at our recent experience...

I mean...Marty kinda left because of some personality thing...I think he wanted to hire his son as OC or something....but it was a mistake to let him go right...don't get it.

He’s done a great job in KC. But he’s older and white. Maybe he’s next in line at KC?

Yeah I hope so if Andy retires.

IMO the league looks to be past that other thing...good balance I think.
