Not sure I agree. Bienemy's scheme is pretty complex. I'm not sure how it will translate to players who also have class and can't spend all their time studying the playbook. This was similar to the issues Chip Kelly had. His plays were pretty complex and if someone missed an assignment a drive would stall. These college kids aren't pros. I think his personality can work, but I'm a bit worried about his desire to recruit and his scheme translating.
