I'm not trying to shame untraditional partners, if there is actual love and commitment there but this reeks of desperation and degradation.
I feel bad for the kid despite his growing up with a silver spoon, will likely have no sane parental figure in their life.
Not a father OR mother with moral integrity.
just a whole lot of justification for my mommy and daddy put their own interests ahead of their child's.

    Good luck kiddo. Sincerely.

Mark needs some lessons from Jerrah.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.
              Let’s win one for Mack.

Lol, I’m just fucking with you, sorry. I’m not judging creepy mark, and I’m not judging you either. I’m not trying accuse you of anything at all, just joking thats all.

and me … nerves … naw. I played in rock bands in the 80s when shit was crazy, you didn’t have to be a star to see things you can’t even describe in polite society - so no, i don’t blush at much. I just chuckle at the varieties of humanity because I am humored by life. All good.

I played a couple Hell's Angels parties in the 80's. Talk about varieties of humanity...
Everybody has their own jam... everybody is just trying to get by as best they can.
I don't judge. Evaluate....? Yes. Navigate...? You betcha.

Interesting...what instrument did you play? I come from a musical family myself...I've played guitar, bass and a bit of drums...my wife plays piano...my brother in law started out playing lead guitar in a heavy metal band in the 80's, then became a producer...then got back into playing and is still doing concerts to this day...you've lived an interesting life, there, Mac...

Love these stories from you guys.

No bands for me, just friends messing around. Im not claiming to be good but ive dabbled with guitars for years but then dont play them for years lol. Ive got four in their cases right now staying out of the dust. My best buddy passed away in 2019 who ive known since we were 12 so that took a lot of the music enthusiasm from me as far as playing/practicing. We did one late night small set in the mid 80's at the Distillery in Escondido.

Anyways ive also got a somewhat musical family. The most famous is a second cousin who was in the 60s band Gary Puckett and the Union Gaps. You older dudes may know who they are. Have Aunts and Uncles that play piano and my Nephew is a pretty damn good guitar player (went to Nashville to no avail but met his current Wife there who is a singer) and another cousin who is a drummer, had a band called Funnelneck and his Son is in a band in AZ who plays the bass. Dont know their band name.

One of my fondest memories is turning pages for my brother as he played his Masters recital on the pipe organ. It is impossible to describe the feeling...the acoustics in the church...the sounds coming out of that monumental instrument.

I briefly served as a roadie for a band out of Santa Cruz by the name of "The Call." Their music has been heard on NFL broadcasts.

                          All I got.
                          Carry on.
                          More stories !!
As much as you can recall.
                          Through the distant fog.
                          We play modern Harball.
