Pierce now has Marvin Lewis, Tom Coughlin, Joe Philbun and Norv Turner on staff as advisors.
That’s a lot of old former head coach advisors and predominantly losers.
I read that Pierce (who ran a perennial powerhouse high school team into the ground in only two seasons in his only prior head coaching experience) assembled his staff just randomly picking coaches with no thought to philosophy, strategy or vision. And then he expected the coaches to “work it all out”Like, how am I a traitor? Your team are traitors.

That being said Rivers and the Chargers O had some really good seasons under Norv, I am not a Narv fan but just being honest regarding him as an O coordinator.“Less is more? NO NO NO - MORE is MORE!”

He was dubbed defensive genius in SEA,turns out his genius was having one of the most stacked defensive rosters in the league in their heyday.
I think there are defensive coordinators that can do more with less talent as opposed to the offensive side of the ball. Without players the O is really handicapped.

What are the cowboys doing?
They traded a 4th round pick to the panthers for mingo and in the process they messed up the WR trade market for remaining teams, making the Steelers giving up a 5th for Williams look like a steal…"The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post.
