Cam Skattebo is turning out to be a baller. sometimes the smaller, feisty guy can't make it in the NFL, but this guy seems to be legit.

Him and Dart are literally lifting that entire team. He’s something else - I was 100% wrong on him. I think I may have even called him ScatManDon’t pre-draft. I’m reading a lot of “yeah but he’s gonna get injured soon with the way he plays”. Idunno - any injury is possible but he looks like the least breakable guy on the field every week. I would sooner expect a trail of injured LBs and DBs in his wake.

My official apology: I’m sorry, ScatManDo. I was wrong.

Dart has it, he has that swagger. Nothing is too big for him. I believe I said that before the Giant game

Pretty cool to see 2 players literally energize an entire franchise and fanbase.

he had the classic "too small for the NFL hits" look to him, so you probably were not alone. he is fun to watch.

They said Skattebo was too small? I never heard that.. He weighed in at 219 at the combine. Listed at 215 during the season.
His only negative for me was he always seeks out contact instead of avoiding tacklers and its just going to wear on him.
He isn't small but he also isnt Najees size.

I thought he was too slow and linear and always contact-first but not Henry-type strong enough to overcome the lesser speed or elusiveness and do at the NFL level what he did in college. I had trigger warnings of Toby gerhart from Stanford that led the nation in rushing and was zero in NFL. I didn’t think he was too small to take the punishment

it's my own analysis - i did not credit anyone. watching him in the college playoffs, I wondered if he would get roughed up in the NFL.

i don't know how lean he is at 215 plus, but he looks a bit small. He's tough as nails, however, sometimes "tough as nails" can't carry someone long-term in the trenches of the NFL.

i didn't know i was getting into a debate - happy to agree to disagree.

I didn’t so much think he’d get broken as I didn’t think he could bully NFL defenders and gain yardage like he’s doing. Your point is an open valid question - I don’t really know if he’ll wear prematurely - don’t see it yet but he just got started.

no worries. it was just my casual observance of the guy in his college playoff game. i love the guy's fire.

dude was a 4th round pick, so he did not have GM's salivating. i think he qualifies as an overachiever at this point, but again, just my casual opinion.
