Is it me or does it seem that these catastrophic season ending injuries are happening more often than before say 20 years ago? What do they need to do? Start more workouts 2 more weeks in advance before even camp? Start having a dietician make up detailed food that helps with building better ligaments and tendons. I remember as a kid we used to have plenty of jello and such for food.

Allegedly. DNA is the major player regards bones, joints, tendons but working with dietician and nutritionist in conjunction with a trainer can help.

Vea would not sniff at 20 mil a season. He is making 18 mil now. He wants to be paid like the other top DLs in the mid 30s

he’s closer to top twenty than top 5 in a lot of metrics, and…. think he’s more after a guaranteed contract this season and an extension for another coupla few years…. think $20m isn’t so far off.

Well all i can tell ya Beach is that he is slated to make 18 this year and is nowhere near happy with that range.
