Spanos should’ve already been on the phone to him with a $15m per year offer

Problem is most people read the headline and don't read the article or watch the video.

I've done that at times too but best to read or watch.

Maybe John Boy was worried about scrutiny in the workplace... and hid Deano's flip phone.

The Steelers fall from the top wildcard seed to outside the playoff window @ the 8th seed. I said Pitt would slide. But I Didn’t see them losing this game tonight. They have lost at home in back to back weeks to the Cardinals and the patriots, both in the bottom three. The Steelers are done, they won’t make the playoffs. Their remaining schedule is too tough.

If the Chargers win 10 games they will get in.

            Steelers: Colts, Bengals, Seahawks, Ravens

Pickett's ankle injury has him out until the Ravens game.
They may lose all 4 games unless their defense pitches shutouts.

Bengals have a pretty tough schedule, too.

Bengals: Colts, Vikings, Steelers, Chiefs, Browns.
                Three wins have them @9-8
                Three losses have them @8-9.

Bills: Chiefs, Cowboys, Chargers, Patriots, Dolphins

The Bills game is a BIG game.
                  3 losses puts them @8-9.

A good article on the Miami Dolphins' backfield. I bet most people don't know the Dolphins have the second-most rushing yards and the highest yards per carry in 2023. They're also tied for first in rushing touchdowns.

There are people on this forum who don't understand the importance of the running game. Here is more evidence that we need to improve in that area tremendously.
Mostert and Ingold, who both went undrafted and have struggled to find their place, help power the Dolphins' No. 1-ranked run game.

Are Browns down to QB3 too? … I can see them falling hard and far too.
How stable are the Colts - they are above us too and have had a good run … but its the Colts so ?

Lets win Sunday, tally up the league to see where we are, and go from there

I think Flacco got slapped around by the Rams last week.
On paper, the Colts look OK. Minshew seems to be the best of the back-ups.

I think the Texans and Jaguars (if Lawrence injury isn't too bad) are probably going to make the playoffs.
I think the Steelers are done. Surprisingly, I think the Bills schedule may be too much for them to make the playoffs.

In the end, the Chargers will have to win out to be in.
One loss... and it looks a bit iffy.
They put themselves in this situation... let's see if they dig themselves out.
It has to start with a win vs the Broncos.
