No. I also think TT would be better if he chose players on his own.

GMs consult with the rest of the scouting department and remember he says when they pick a player it us 100% everybody on board.
Draftniks don't consult so Kiper,...as bad as he is on his own wouldn't be drafting on his own and neither would Brooks. Needless to say I'm not a fan of either.

I think we need better scouts.

TT needs to be more his own man if he can, and take more charge,..... and stop talking to the Notre Dame guy.

That said, we really do not know how they actually go about the process before picking. I am speculating.

I will give a shout-out to Belicheck, thought they were dead and done. He's found a way to move forward with the personnel they have and morph into a contender. That's coaching, IMHO.

Agree with this. If Lynn was coaching the Pats, they'd have 1 or 2 wins. If Belichick was coaching the Chargers, we'd be 7-2.
