With Deshaun Watson's sexual misconduct allegations, looks like the Texans might be in the QB derby...or other teams that were thinking of trading for him:

I don't know who's dirtier...NFL owners trying to crash Watson's market value or Watson? You cannot force someone to do something unless there's a gun to their head. You can go get another job as a massage therapist. Etc. Was he stupidly set-up for this?

Yep. Look at all that ammo the Cheatriots have to trade for their next QB...OR to move up to the top 10 and draft him:

So the Patriots move up to 10 to get him - that puts them behind Denver, Carolina and the Jets
plus the Patriots will be better so the draft picks in teh future will be worse -- you can't say that about the Jets - we have no clue how much better they will be with Watson

That isnt much ammo. A comp pick third and a first and second. If we trade with them ill take their #96 and #120 to move up two spots. A little extra just because lol.

The Cheatriots could easily package #15 (1050 points) and #46 (440 pts.) for a total of 1490 and move up to #7-8 overall, IF the Panthers or Lions are willing to deal. The Cheats would still have a 3rd rounder, THREE 4th rounders, and 4 more picks, so they wouldn't be giving up the farm...they could even throw in one of those 4th rounders to sweeten the pot...

Thats the easy part of the trade - what are they giving Houston for DeShaun Watson

Houston would not be getting a 2nd round pick
And any future first round picks are in the 20's - more than likely, with Watson on the Patriots team. So thats not a good trade.

Its the same reason the deal with Chicago if reported of three first rounders, Fuller and Hicks was not that great of a deal. The Patriots - in addition to the 8th pick would have to include young talent, - well the patriots do not have young talent to sweeten the deal as they just signed 10 guys in free agency last week because of poor drafts (Sony Michel and NKeal Harry shouldn't move the needle for any team in a trade)

Might not have to as its only a 70 point advantage for us for them to get their QB. Thats all they need as they bought up everyone else. You sure want to give that pick away though lol.
