LOL. I didn't say that Chad Pennington called Tua in 1999.

I don’t know. You have to learn what you can get away with in this league, you have to learn the limits of how much you can challenge people. Playing it safe gets you cut. But he needs to have learned from it and not repeat it.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

The first player that came to mind when you mentioned “playing it safe” was Tyrod Taylor. I think this was his biggest issue.

Tyrod's reluctance to drill the rock into a tight window was just one of his issues...high up on his issue list was his inability to check down to his 2nd or 3rd read...resulting in incompletes, picks, sacks, etc...

5 consecutive INTs at any level, practice or live game, of football is concerning to me.

Was his reluctance to drill it into a tight window because of his inability to consistently drill it into said window?

Most QBs lack of success correlates to lack of ability. Not always, its a very mental position (cough … Leaf … cough …)

It kinda seems inevitable that he becomes a donkey. A QB makes them a very formidable team.

I think he makes them the favorite in the AFCW and possibly gets them another SB win.
