Should put some fans in the seats but history says Jets won’t be playing in a SB anytime soon

They were the 4th best NFL defense last year. That'll keep them in the mix but O has a long way to go

Hallucinations are not harmless no matter how badly people want them to be.

You know, you're right. I never thought about that.

I think if our team is going to be really successful we are going to have to grow accustomed to the Chargers letting younger, really talented free agents go. I know we are not going to like it, but it is going to happen, given Herbert's contract. The Chiefs have been able to do it, and turn the 3rd round picks they get in compensation for new cheaper talent. That is where Telesco is going to have to step up. The Chiefs had to trade Hill, they let Ward go to the 49ers, and lots more I am too lazy to look up. It can be done, but it is going to be different. It's far more sustainable than the Rams method provided you have great scouts, draft well and develop the young guys.

Kyle Shanahan thinks Sam Darnold can be like Steve Young.

I respect what the Niners have accomplished without stability at QB, but I am thankful the franchise I root for has one of the best young QBs in the game locked up for the long term.

Sean Payton called Paul Hackett’s coaching last year the “worst in the history of the NFL”. Broke ranks with the coaching fraternity for sure.

Well it's true. But not very professional or helpful. This is who Peyton is, though. He is an arrogant low ethics/integrity person. His TV persona was carefully crafted and made some forget. But he is what my dear departed Dad would call a "jerk"

                          From the APe:

During his weekly séance, Mark Davis received instructions from his father, Al, to sign John Ross and woo him out of retirement. "Speed trumps everything else, son", said Davis, seemingly ignoring the failed and lengthy career Ross has had. The elder and departed Davis also reportedly recommended signing QB Vince Evans who is approaching 60 years old, said it is about time to give Art Shell another shot at HC, and complemented Mark on his hair cut.

Josh (Joshy) McDaniels was not available for comment but was seen stuffing juice boxes and left over pizza in his backpack at Raiders HQ.
