This is great news. It means Dean Spanos can't turtle up and must be aggressive with the Raiders ownership commitment to winning and terrible haircuts.

Plus, it makes the Raiders unload QB Derek Carr and his salary. They have mortgaged the future on 2020 are left without a future QB. I love this.
