Or Mike Martz. Somebody that has been there, done that. I think Haley is too much of a person that needs the limelight as the OC. Maybe Lynn knows some guys from those old Cowboys staffs he worked on, or with Rex that he can bring in.
Pat Meyer had his nose in the middle of things on the sidelines.
We do not play modern football.

I saw many times Lynn covering his mouth with the play sheet.... That's why I think this team is heading to disaster, a team has to be discipline in good times and bad times...

So if a coach covers his mouth with play card, that equals disaster?

        OK

Lynn was covering his mouth, so teams couldn't read his lips when he says to run up the middle with Gordon.

How on Earth does him covering his mouth mean he's calling the plays?

              Quite the assumption.

I don't know what to think. Telesco just waffled through a press conference stressing having to look at everything and at the same time having confidence in Lynn.

So here we go. Same coordinator who was promoted from within the same system. In our last 4 losses this team still scored < 22 pts/g against teams like OAK and DEN. Probably no other changes as Lynn is back. Bring back Rivers or maybe take Tua in the draft and sitting on their hands again in FA bringing back the same injury riddled O line and expecting a different result.

we have no idea if he is going yo be good or bad. He inherited an offense that was already in a complete disaray.

                    -3rd wr was a joke
                    -OL that was absolutely horrible
-QB that was under constant pressure, who might have regressed
                    -disinterested Gordon
                    etc

                    Hard to say.

I think that is the question many here are failing to ask.

                      Who's offense is it ?

Is Steichen running Whizs offense or is stechen running his own offense ?

Steichen will never be able to run whizs offense better than whiz.

Steichen seems too young to have his own offense and Lynn has no real clue about offense in that Lynn was running whizs offense all along.

                        No-no-no.

No longer hamstrung by sudden midseason promotion, Steichen will install his offense.

Give a guy a chance to instill whatever offense he envisions. Not just his tweaked version of Whiz offense. However we should bring someone in just in case things don’t go well with him.
