TEVI starting at LT? No...just...no...I'd rather have Pip, or if Storm shows something in TC, try him out...but no, not Turnstile Tevi...

This could jeopardize the whole season. They thought Trent Scott would work last year . Tevi this year. I hope Lamp has something but for $8M just sign Jason Peters and have a security blanket

They thought Okung would work last year. Trent Scott was the backup while Pip was being developed.
Tevi was the RT who struggled and has been replaced.
Former OL and longtime OL Coach Campen with his solid credentials apparently is being counted on to develop & organize the 2020 OL.
Pretty sure Pipkins gets the start - or- we sign a FA like Peters. They may be waiting for Campen to get some hands-on time with LAC OL before making a FA move.

Just going by the depth chart at ourlads. They have Bulaga as the LT, but pretty sure he'll stay on the right side. If no one else is brought in, I expect Pipkins to start at LT. Just penciling Tevi in for now until Pip proves he's the guy.

I think Ryan Roberts could take Trent Scott's spot. "Roberts (6'6, 305) was one of the few consistent pieces on the offensive line for the 'Noles in 2019. He brought in game experience and leadership to the locker room and was known to be the first guy on the practice field. His contribution was felt right away as Roberts ended up starting 12 games at right tackle and then one game at left tackle. Most weeks he graded out as FSU's most productive offensive lineman."

If our early round draft picks of years past step up this year, then:

                      LT-Pipkins, LG-Lamp, C-Pouncey, RG-Turner, RT-Bulaga
                      QB-Herbert, RB-Ekeler, TE-Henry, LWR-Allen, RWR-Williams, WR3-Reed

                      DE-Bosa, NT-Joseph, DT-Tillery, LEO-Ingram/Nwosu
                      WLB-Murray, MLB-Tranquill, SS-James,
                      LCB-Harris, NCB-King, FS-Adderley, RCB-Hayward

Yes but Okung had his lung issue in the preseason which was bad luck.

But frustrating was they then went through the summer w Scott as the starter when they should have brought someone else in.

If Stormy is our starting LT then it looks like Pip is on his way to being a bust lol. Id be surprised if Stormy makes the team and if he does, im thinking he makes it over Scott, not to be our starting LT over Pip lol.
Geezus i hope we do sign Peters if that happens.
