Outside the wife/gf beating, Rice was a good back but on a decline. Nothing wrong with the comparison, except that Oliver could be a possible good one going forward. I think Rice is too radioactive for anyone else than the Ravens, but you can't go wrong with a back with that capability, if he doesn't punch women on his days off.
