Im definitely passionate about the team. Its actually been therapeutic for me to obsess on this team. The draft especially. In the x's and o's. I couldnt just stop. Id lose my mind.

But im more passionate about the fans. Ive always tried to lead us. Even in the worst of times as a team. Its been really hard here because many of my friends....fans of the team....tunred against me because i still support the team. And it got pretty personal. Lots of hate and attacks. Every thread turned into a hate fest. So i made the decision to just make this a Charger support forum and sent all the haters packing to Bolt Talk. They love hating the team there.

Im a very positive thinking person. I believe in positive vibes and energy. Holding onto hate and resentment is so toxic. So we tend to be more positive here. We dont attack each other. I dont tolerate trolls.

Its small here. But its pretty peaceful.

Great news. The Chargers have decided to let the forum at .com stay until the end of the year. Happy for you who joined up here. We are here to support and help if and when that forum goes down.

I just didnt want to watch that community go up in flames. We are ready for you guys. It just takes time to get familiar here. We too have to generate traffic. But we are not going anywhere. There is no threat of going down. Our sponsors are Charger fans. They have been with us for 15 plus years. We are strong. But lacking members and traffic at the moment.

Hello all,

I just jumped over from CMB. I was born and raised in San Diego and have been a diehard fan since I was a child, over 40 years. The move to LA crushed me as a fan, and I just haven't been interested in following them since. I did try to talk myself into it by to go to a game last year. It only made matters worse. It was one of the most disheartening experiences of my life. That being said, the Chargers have been such a big part of my life for so long, it remains a painful void.

I did continue to lurk on the CMB, just to stay in tune with other fans. When I saw report of CMB shutting down, it was just another dagger in the heart as only the Spanos' could deliver. Then I read Fleet's post, which reminded me of the passion I once had. So, here I am dazed and confused. Im not sure where I go from here, but maybe things will change after some time here.

Anyhow, thanks for inviting us CMB members over.
