I am not sure the Lions move down 6 spots for just a second and future 3rd - but if that were truly the trade for Sewell - I would probably make that trade.

I just don't think it would be that nominal of value to get Sewell. It would probably have to be the comp 3rd round pick this year

Totally agree about the realism of it all, I’m just out here trying to keep the hope alive. I do think that how the QBs come off the board will also effect trade values around that 7/8 slot. If Fields is the one slipping I see teams being a bit more aggressive getting ahead of Carolina than if it’s Jones.

I totally agree. What the 49ers do at 3 will be a big deal. As if Mac Jones is the pick at 3 - than Fields will be in play for the Lions, Broncos or a team to move up. But if Fields or Lance are the pick at 3 - I think Mac Jones slides. Granted, that could help the Chargers at 13 but not sure it helps them get Sewell. I still think the 49ers are picking Fields or Lance. If you move up to 3-- I think you are moving up for big time potential

I am intrigued. It does seem reading some mocks in the last 24-48 that the "All Vehicle Terrain" - Alijah Vera Tucker is popping up again at 13.

To be fair to Darrisaw fans...I would have to acknowledge that a significant groin injury would explain a lot of his warts...particularly pulling up early when the play got away from his responsibility, and some of the beats he suffered against some speed guys...I am intrigued that this has been confirmed to be present during the season, as opposed to having been a training injury in prepping pro day. Some points in his favor.
