    Yeah BDude !!
    We can do this.
2021 to 2022 will be transformative.
We do not play modern football.

      That’s my early plan.

Also, resign Oboushi (and maybe Norton) for OL depth.

Bye bye Pipkins, Fackrell, and Nwosu.
Our quarterback is a golden god.

It’s a good to talk about the future additions to this Chargers roster, from a position of strength after a big win. One of the best things about this board is fan base knowledge in terms of player evaluation. Trying to predict the unpredictable. One thing I hope is different in 2022 is more focus on BPA rounds 3-4. I don’t want to draft prospects too early just to improve special teams. Want starting material @ positions of need, OL, DT, DB. Focus on improving trenches, pass pro/run blocking, run stoping/pass rushing and coverage/takeaways.

A mid-round RB, as well. Roundtree and Kelley are not the answer. Ekeler needs help.

If the comp pick chart is correct from OTC.com - charger might be getting an extra 4th

I agree - they need to focus on OL, DL, and DB

Go overboard trying to get those spots filled

They also will have two maybe three comp picks in Round 7 - again, just load up on OL or DL and see if any hit

I don’t mind and understand more now than ever importance of special teams I just don’t want to use 3rd/4th rd picks specifically on them and hope they develop into starters.

And don't forget RB...draft needs by round, approximate:

                  1. DL or RT, whichever slots best
                  2. DL or RT, opposite of round 1, based on slotting
                  3. Nickle corner or RB, whichever slots best
                  4. Nickle corner, RB or D-line, based on slotting
                  4a. D-line or IOL
                  5. Nickle corner, RB or D-line, based on slotting
                  6, D-line or IOL
                  6a. D-line or corner
                  7. LB, D-line or corner
                  7a. D-line or corner
                  7b. LB

I'd like to get TWO run-stuffing DT's and ONE solid Edge out of this draft...

We will fill many holes in FA.
The draft could be BPA Day 1/Day 2 and lots of depth prospects day 3 for us.
                    We’re in a great position in 2022.

Lots of season ahead and if healthy at the end of the season I like our chances in 2021 to make a real run.

This is interesting, but could be completely different following free agency. We’ve got $$$.

edit: ninja beat me to it. See above.

to each their own.... as of right now am going:

                        IOL
                        RT
                        ED
                        TE
                        CB
                        RB, NT
                        LB, P, DT, K

and know you guys got your needs, and.... in my book a pass rusher is secondary to keeping opposing pass rushers off the Rocket Man.

I don't think this OL is bad at all. If they can sign Aboushi again, all they need is a right tackle. Even with second-teamers playing on the right side this OL has been pretty darn good. We will have money for signing free agents this off season so some of the positions we view as needing help will be taken care of before the draft.
