Good move by Denver....they weren't going anywhere with what they had at QB.

Wilson is use to playing behind crappy offensive lines; just so long as he has weapons he'll be good to go.
All those draft picks they will miss will be important when Herbert's massive new contract into effect - so what?
Denver is the top concern of KC right now - not the Chargers.

Another Charger competitor makes a bold move and the Chargers will stay their plodding course.
A few pass rushers to chase after Wilson in the 4rth Q will help.

All those draft picks, PLUS Drew Lock (no big loss), Noah Fant and Shelby Harris. Sure is a lot to give up...

According to Schefter, the Super Bowl-winning QB is part of a massive deal that will send quarterback Drew Lock, tight end Noah Fant, defensive end Shelby Harris, two first-round picks, two second-round picks and a fifth round pick to Seattle. Denver will get Wilson and a fourth-round pick in return.

Penning to NY @7 would be great news, after Cross @6....
Travon Walker off the board is more good news....
Jordan Davis is easily worth 17 overall.... 'tis not about the individual stats, but how the team rises after said player/NT arrives
if I'm looking for greatness in this draft, am looking @Garrett Wilson.... still like him & Jameson as our best gets @17.... would love it if Burks is the first receiver off the board
w/Olave saying (in HS) that the team he'd most like to play for is the Chargers, does that make him a dark horse selection/candidate ??
really like Jermaine's intangibles, but agree that he just doesn't turn the corner so well if his initial get off doesn't give him the edge.... not the best countermeasure/move out there
does Kyler Gordon's combine drop him to 48.... still like his longterm prospects better than McDuffie (not in love w/Weddle smart @CB)

I am warming up to the idea of Jalen Pitre at #17.

Pitre just did an interview on SXM.

Let me say the intangibles, football IQ, instincts, playing mentality, maturity are off the charts.

He is an absolute perfect fit for StaleyD.

The word is that Jalen will run quite fast at his Pro Day March 30.

Let's see if he rises and becomes in play at #17.

Let's be real and get one thing straight Wilson is the 3rd best QB in the AFC West. Until proven otherwise.

I would go D if Penning is gone with the first 3 picks.. We need speed on D.... DL CB LB then either the best pass catching TE or best RT prospect on the board.
