There are athletic similarities to MDavis, Tevaughn.

He might be a Safety--Outside Corner.

That's what I was thinking, Wood...in some packages, Woods might play outside corner...with 4.37 speed, he has the jets to do it...

Will give him a chance but what does this say for Webb? Also if we go into this season and our RT is getting beat left & right like last season you have to wonder is this really about handing Pipkin the RT position, as our starter day 1? Is this really our plan??? It is looking more and more like it may because Pip has always been a favorite of TT almost to the point where he is being stubborn about it?????

Webb was a 7th rounder who will be depth and also ST.

I mean, if the problem is lack of success in the 3rd, then that applies to every player you could have picked.

We have only two reliable safeties, and one of them has missed two out of the last 3 years.

My big problem with the pick is Telesco's history in the 3rd round.

No, I think we go with a two-deep safety shell, with Nas and Woods splitting the field, Derwin stays around the LOS...now, we don't have to worry about Gilman or Webb being the weak link...I kind of like this pick actually...

Granted, don't expect Woods to see the field very often, except Teams( nice to know TT thinks we're so good we can draft Teams fodder in R3)

Well....in my opinion, the first pick was awesome....and this pick, considering the other players that were taken within a few picks in either direction from us, pretty much sucks.

Oh well....I guess now I will just have to hope they can pull out a decent RB...outside of that, I don't see any picks left in this draft being much help to this squad outside of depth and special teams.
