Not sure, this kid seems short on the brains. You just missed the combine, are under all kinds of legal scrutiny cuz you killed a teammate racing. You think you might want to come to your pro day not overweight, gasping for breath and barely able to complete drills in front of an army of scouts at Geogia

If I'm understanding the story right, he was racing his friend and a staff member who was in another car and they crashed and died. Stupid, tragic college bs.
I'm more concerned about him lying about it or trying to cover that up. I just want to understand the full story before taking him off my board.

Carter and work ethic seem to be in opposing corners. It’s an easy pass for me. Football in the NFL requires 100% commitment.

In that case, if Carter wasn't ready for the combine, either physically or emotionally, he could have easily skipped the combine...not a smart move...
