Not gonna say I don't like this pick...but really wishing we had our sites on the RB room...

We want to marry the run and the pass? Seems more like a bad 3rd date than a true courtship....they must really like Spiller, cuz from where I'm sitting, if Ekelor goes down, there is no run game....and he will be gone next year.
    Adopted Bolt: Kimani Vidal RB

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

      A little bit worrisome.

They spent so much time getting to know Johnston, that they got to know Davis as well.

The comfort level that makes Telesco search for talent in a small pond.

5'8 165. The Chargers really believe they have the players in place to beat KC! They drafted for a returner. Staley is all happy with this pick giving high fives. uggg.

I dig this kid. 500+ KO return yards last year and 250+ PR yards last year. A WR with 4.36 speed. Every body says we need to score more and this kid can help.

I don't like that pick. Tiny dude.

Likely just a KR and they could of drafted Trey Palmer who was a tick faster and much bigger and a terrific return guy.

I get the pick, just think it’s a bit early for Darius Davis. I would have preferred Tyler Scott personally. But here’s to hoping Davis is used properly.

                          Davis...4.36 speed...not bad:

                          Scouting Report: Strengths
                          • Shows quickness off the snap to shake off corners and create room. Separates with hesitation moves and nice acceleration.
                          • Davis also proved to be a force in catch-and-run situations. A violent runner who transitions upfield quickly after the catch, Davis has the speed to pick up chunks of yardage once he’s broken the first tackle.
                          • Keeps his feet active and eyes up to dodge traffic quickly and easily. Has excellent straight-line speed to be a breakaway threat at any level. Will initiate contact and runs through high tackle attempts but isn't overall a powerful player.
                          • His long arms allow him to play bigger than his size, and he has a frame that can carry a little more weight.
                          • Davis is a natural playmaker, at his best with the ball in his hands.
                          • Very good hands, accepts the ball fluidly on most throws and is ready to make a play afterward. Makes catches in traffic, even going up over taller defenders with vertical and toughness
                          Scouting Report: Weaknesses
                          • His ability to track the ball is good enough, but Davis too often let the ball get into his body downfield rather than snatching it with his hands.
                          • Physically, he profiles as a guy who should have success facing the quarterback, but he struggles to gear down and make the necessary sharp cuts to create separation underneath.
                          • Does not always use his hands to secure deep throws, allowing the ball into his pads and chest.
